The facility located at 8300 NW 7th Ave, Miami FL 33150 was a good experience. The lot was secure and convenient. The shuttle driver was nice, helpful and attentive. I was on stand by for a cruise on April 7, 2016 and asked ahead of time what the refund procedures were.Well when I didn’t clear stand by that’s when the real fun began.The reason for my 1 star scoring is the customer service line of 866-888-0331. There is NEVER any answer by a live person. You try to leave a voicemail and you aren’t actually sure if you did because the line just hangs up. Additionally, they do not respond to emails.To this date I have yet to get a live person, and substantial email confirmation or my refund of 3 days.Do yourself a favor and go book somewhere else!Signed a very pissed off customer.

Awful experience! We got to the parking lot and were told that we didnt have a reservation, that InstaPark had over booked. We tried to call customer service and never received a call back. After scrambling to find parking, we decided to park at the cruise terminal for top dollar. At least it was covered, secure parking right across from where we needed to be. The lot InstaPark had arranged was totally ghetto! Thanks InstaPark for leaving us stranded in a seedy part of Miami. Now, we know that parking at the terminal is worth every penny.

I paid for 7 passengers and I was told that you guys dont allow 7 passengers. To get assistance I was going up and down to have someone to help but I was being directed on different places. I even tried calling you guys and no one came on the phone. Then the wait for the shuttle was horrible. I had to pay for an Uber to get to my destination.

Upon arrival we were told what we already knew. The shuttle runs every 45 minutes. No biggie. We arrived at the cruise terminal and we all explained which ship and cruise line we were using. The driver had no clue where any of it was and tried dropping people and luggage off at the wrong terminals. Only to be yelled at by port officials and having to reload luggage and cruisers. Finally get dropped at our ship and have our awesome trip. We arrived back and debarked at 8am. When I finally reached someone at the parking lot about the shuttle I was told he came on at 9am. No biggie right? I told them we would be waiting out in front of the terminal when he got there. 10am, I call them again because he hasn’t arrived. I was assured he was on his way but had a little traffic. 1030, still not there. The guy I talked to said the driver told him he was there and didn’t see us. I explained that 2 pissed off rednecks in front of the terminal would be hard to miss and that I sure as hell wouldn’t miss seeing their van. Finally at 10:55 we were picked up and got to listen to rap music across town.
