Everything was well organized. My name was on the list , boarding tickets were not needed if you booked though TripAdvisor. If you are staying at a hotel, call in advance to schedule complimentary shuttle. Very nice ! I highly recommend.
We were ripped off. The M.S. Dixie II was not running on the date we were sold tickets for the ride. We showed up with tickets in hand and were told they were not running the M.S. Dixie that day and that they have had many people show up with same voucher. I am sure the paddleboat ride would have been wonderful, had we not been booked through TripAdvisor. Now, getting a refund is a different question as they have already charged our credit card.
Our tour was scheduled on a day that the boat doesnt take tours out on the lake. They are closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We were scheduled for Wednesday, 6/9/21. VERY disappointing!! That was our last full day in Lake Tahoe so we couldnt reschedule. Trip Advisor needs to be sure about availability when booking events!!
