The Minimum Payment Plan allows guests to manually make installment payments on their cruise over time. The date that you place your reservation will dictate your minimum deposit amount after which you would be required to make any future payments according to . Upgrading Existing Theme Park Tickets To A Magic Key
Most theme park tickets can be upgraded. This includes partially-used tickets before their expiration dates.
Fully used, or partially used and expired, theme park admission media, complimentary ticket media, special event ticket media, and ticket media stating its ineligibility for an upgrade may not be upgraded to a Magic Key pass, said the Disney Parks Blog.

How Dcl Pricing Works
All cruises are priced based on two adults in the stateroom. So, even if you are one adult traveling with a child, the price is the same as two adults in the stateroom. After the two adult prices, the third and fourth passengers in the stateroom are charged a lower rate. If you are traveling alone, DCL will charge you 100% of the second adults cruise fare in addition to the full fare for the first adult.
**NOTE** Teenagers will be Charged adult fares . Child rates apply to ages 3-12. Children ages 0-2 pay 50% of the child rate.
This does not impact access to areas of the ship that are designated as 18 and over .

Transferring Reservation To A Travel Agent
Disney has a policy for reservations booked directly with them and transferred to a travel agent. This policy includes Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Adventures by Disney, and Aulani. Disney must approve all requested transfers.

Disney World Payment Plans Offer Flexibility
It is not always easy for families to save up enough money for a Disney World vacation. Even when you set goals to put aside a set amount, there is always something that seems to come up. Although it is not officially called a payment plan it offers many of the same benefits. Best of all, it applies to anyone who signs up.
How It WorksDisney World allows you to plan and book your vacation package by putting up a $200 deposit. After this point you are free to make payments in any amount and whenever you want. There is no interest or additional costs to sign up for this feature. The only requirement is that your total vacation package must be paid in full 45 days before your trip.
Since there are no penalties or fees if you pay within the allotted time, you can customize your payments to fit within your budget. This works especially well for people who are expecting tax returns or work bonuses to fund their Disney vacation. They get the opportunity to plan their trip today and pay for it later.
When Payment Is Due
Disney allows guests to book Disney World vacation packages with a deposit of just $200, due at the time of booking if the scheduled start of the visit is more than 45 days away. Disney requires that guests pay their balances in full by 45 days before the first day of their reservations.
Say in December you make a Disney World reservation for a trip starting February 14th. When making the reservations, you could either pay just the $200 deposit or pay the entire balance. Your full balance would be due on January 1st, 45 days before you plan to check in. If you were to make that same reservation on January 2nd 44 days before the trip the full balance would be due at the time of booking. Fail to pay the balance, and Disney will cancel the reservations. But don’t panic about forgetting this task Disney will send a notice by email or snail mail to remind you.
These policies only apply to travelers who book Disney World vacation packages. Buying individual theme park tickets requires full payment at the time of purchase.

How To Make A Disney World Payment
For most people, the easiest way to pay a Disney World balance is online. Log in to your account on the Walt Disney World home page and click the My Disney Experience button. Find the booking information under My Reservations and Tickets and follow the prompts to pay the remaining balance with a credit card. Guests who wish to pay by credit card may also do so over the phone by calling the Vacation Package Booking department at 939-7675.
Disney-bound travelers who prefer to pay by check or money order may do so by mail. Include the reservation number on the memo line. Disney requests that guests send their checks or money orders overnight via a courier service like DHL or UPS. Address the envelope to Walt Disney Travel Co., Inc., Bank of America Lockbox Services, Lockbox 409668, 6000 Feldwood Road, College Park, GA 30349.

Magic Key Pass Park Reservations
Within a 90-day window, each pass type may hold the following number of park reservations:
- Imagine: Two park reservations
- Believe: Six park reservatons
- Dream: Six park reservatons
Guests can make a new reservation once they enter a park during one of their reserved days or cancel a reservation on time. Park reservations may be made for one or both parks, subject to availability. Reservations are limited.
Guests with a valid Magic Key Pass will follow the steps below to secure a park reservation.

When To Travel On A Disney Cruise
When to travel This will depend on where you plan to cruise. If you are planning on sailing to the Caribbean, the summer months will be the best. If you are cruising to Alaska, then you will want to travel May-September. Disney typically sails on special cruises during the summer months. They may also offer a Panama Canal cruise during the summer if they need to reposition one of the cruise ships.
Best times of year There are typically 3 seasons High , Shoulder, or Low season.
High Season If you want to cruise when children are out of school, you will typically find those times more expensive to cruise because of increased demand. You will want to price early for availability because the cruises limit the number of children on a cruise, and the rooms that will sleep a family book early. The Panama Canal cruises are usually priced in this category.
Disney typically offers Europe only during the summer months. Alaska high season would be June-August. The Caribbean cruises would be more expensive during June-August.
In shoulder and low seasons You will find better pricing for locations with year-round opportunities to cruise. The Bahamas and the Caribbean will offer lower prices.
Best times of year For Alaska, June through August are the warmest months. If you are looking to see wildlife on an Alaskan cruise, the later in the year you cruise, the more animals you will see.
