The actual trip was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The part that I was frustrated about was the fact that the time I chose was 10 and I got there in time to check in 45 minutes ahead only to be told that the trip wouldnt leave until 10:30. According to the person there, the trips are scheduled 30 minutes behind the published time on website. This makes it a bit disheartening if you are scheduling around other activities, such as plane schedules, etc. For me, it worked out but I would prefer the website schedule and the actual schedule to match.

Boat ride was amazing. Tour guide was great and made it fun. You could tell she loved her job. Definitely would recommend. Just need to update your site. We were supposed to leave at 10 but didnt til 1030. Guy at ticket window said they did that because of traffic so people wouldnt miss their boat ride. We got there at 9:15 per website but didnt leave til 1030
