We waited maybe 2 minutes when Sergio showed up with a clean Mercedes 15 passenger Van. all 15 seats were used, but we didn’t feel crowded at all. Sergio was helpful with the luggage and a careful driver. Carnival has a transfer service that was more than twice the cost. I recommend this service.
