Carnival Cruise Out Of Baltimore

We are thinking of taking a cruise out of Baltimore carnival pride going to Port Canaveral, Nassau, Freeport. We have been on 11 cruises but have never cruised this way or never out of Baltimore. Has anyone taken this cruise and if so how was it?

Thanks

I have never been on thi cruise but have taken several cruises out of Baltimore and had a good experience. Both times the security line was long but went very quickly. Check in process was quick and easy they had a good number of staff waiting to check you in.

After check in it seemed we waiting about 20 minutes and got to board.

Some things to consider: Youll be spending a lot of time at sea, do you enjoy those days? Are you interested in visiting Port Canveral? Do yopu like the Bahamas?

You may receive a better response if you go to tripadvisors sister site- cruisecritic.

I know tons of people that went on it and loved it.never herd a bad thing about it!

Ive done this cruise twice and have it booked for a third time. Baltimore is one of the easiest ports to sail out of. The terminal is really organized and boarding is easy compared to some of the Florida ports. The ship and is beautiful and the crew has always been fantastic. The ports arent that exciting to me, but I am going for relaxation and to enjoy the ship since ive been to the ports so many times before.

Have a blast on you upcoming cruise. Ours is May 13th. Cant wait.

CheerDee Im on the May 13th with you!

A sound greeting from the Port of Baltimore. Masked guests and staff of Sunday’s Carnival Pride cruise cut to a long-awaited renaissance.

“Oh, we’re ready to roll. We’re excited it’s a vacation. But apprehensive too,” said cruisers Willie and Jan Horn, of Westerville, Ohio.

This time, the seven-day cruise to the Bahamas has another idea of paradise in mind. Vaccines and negative tests needed before boarding. Masks for guests required indoors while onboard. The cruise line says all necessary and rigorous steps before guests can relax.

“Hundreds of millions of government officials. We worked closely with the CDC and it really worked out well bringing you to this day,” said William Doyle, executive director of the Port of Baltimore.

The cruise officials say there are other protocols onboard, including quarantine and contact tracing in case guests test positive. All 100% of the vaccinated staff will serve 1,500 guests — 70% of the ship’s normal limit.

“We have constrained capacity so over the next few ceilings that will continue to increase,” said Carnival Cruises President Stephanie Duffy.

Guests taking the step and a risk.
