They Need Better Organization
They need better organization, on the way there it was fine bit on the way back we waited for a long time with 2 babies and 2 elders. When it was time to get on there was a family that came out of nowhere and started saving seats for their family members and when my mom was gonna sit they told her to get down and the guy on that group started screaming at my mom and saying his wife needed to leave now or he didnt know what was gonna happen. The driver didnt say anything to the guy, we felt very threatened, very rude people.

It does not have a shuttle service to the airport, when you get there you have to call a cab service and at least you have an answer in 20 minutes paying at least triple what the daily service costs. They don’t return your money.

The port also offers valet parking, which is a good idea for those who have issue walking or simply dont want to deal with parking themselves. The rate is the same $15 per day, but there is also a $20 convenience fee for a total of $125 for a 7-day cruise.
Parking for oversized vehicles is $30 per day. The port offers online pre-pay for its lots, which we suggest as it gives you one less thing to worry about once you reach the port. However, if you want to pay at the port, they accept cash, as well as major credit cards .

It Took 4 Min To Get To The Airport
It took 4 min to get to the airport. It took 4 min to get back to the hotel.Well that math added up. Why did it the driver 20 min to come pick me up from the airport ? Mine you the Sheratonis is less that a mile way from the airport. Then he ask for a stub. Sheraton did not give we one.

We just returned from a 5 day cruise on the carnival legend. We live in the suburbs of Atlanta and Tampa is an easy 7 hour drive. I started searching for somewhere reasonable to park and from reading reviews knew where NOT to park so I chose “The Parking Doctor” and we were not disappointed. The gentlemen at the lot were helpful and courteous, we were whisked away to the ship within 10 min of our arrival. Our driver took us by the return meeting area and we were instructed to call when we were through customs and out the door. We did just that and by the time we were at the meeting point the van pulled up. We were back at our car in probably 10 min and on the road home. I cannot say enough good things about this business, our car was secure while we were gone and we will definitely use them again, oh I forgot to mention it was only $8.00 per day
