Wait Its Dinner Time Already
This was no ordinary dinner as we were invited to the special Palace BBQ. This is usually not available for us normal guests but I still want to share with you in case you are interested in booking a stay/upgrade in the Palace.
I am still blown away by the beauty of the Palace. It is so classy and inviting.
We were spoilt with a glowing sky as the sun finally set and morphed into the most captivated blue.
The wind had thankful calmed down for this all-you-can-eat BBQ under the stars.
Not only is the food out of this world but for me, it was the staff that made these moments so special.
With live music by the pool and the Palace glistening like a Christmas Tree, I couldnt have asked for a better way to say goodbye to another day with Dream Cruises.

Dream Cruises Explorer Dream made her maiden call in Auckland this week where she will homeport until 26 January next year offering a variety of itineraries across New Zealand.
During her seasonal deployment in Auckland, Explorer Dream will offer 7-night itineraries to popular destinations such as Wellington, Milford Sound, Akaroa, Picton and Napier.
As Dream Cruises commences its journey beyond Asia with Explorer Dream, we are excited to continue with our global aspirations and have Auckland in New Zealand as one of our homeports for the current seasonal deployment in the Australasia region, said Mr Michael Goh, President of Dream Cruises and Head of International Sales, Genting Cruise Lines.
Explorer Dream will provide an additional unique vacation experience for New Zealanders as well as for the in-bound international tourists with the growing Fly-Cruise opportunities, which will pave the way for the return of Explorer Dream to New Zealand again in the fourth quarter of 2020.
Explorer Dream debuted in the premium Asian market in April this year when she joined sister ships, Genting Dream and World Dream, part of the Dream Cruises fleet.
With 928 cabins, she can accommodate 1856 passengers. Onboard, there is the signature ship within the ship enclave called The Palace which offers a True Asian Luxury experience with butler service in suites of more than 40 sq metres each.

P& O Australia caters to Australian cruisers, with Pacific Aria, Pacific Adventure and Pacific Dawn venturing across the Tasman Sea to visit New Zealand on a regular basis. Other Carnival Corp. brands also make regular calls to New Zealand during the summer months, including Princess, Holland America Line, Seabourn and Cunard.
Royal Caribbean, Dream Cruises and Celebrity Cruises also offer sailings to New Zealand each summer, with visiting ships often making calls on their repositioning cruises from other parts of the world ahead of the seasons start. Most New Zealand voyages through the summer depart from either Sydney or Auckland. Dream Cruises To Sail From Sydney And Auckland
As revealed yesterday, the SuperStar Virgo will move to Dream Cruises, becoming the Explorer Dream.
Dream Cruises will be extending its brand recognition to 300 million Chinese in Shanghai and Tianjin/Beijing next summer as well as offering cruises in Australia and New Zealand to its Asian-sourced passengers during winter 2019 the first time Dream Cruises will be sailing outside Asia, said Tan Sri Lim Kok Thay, Executive Chairman of Genting Hong Kong. Explorer Dream will offer another option for our Asia based guests to expand their travel horizons with new rail/cruise and fly/cruise opportunities to see the world.
The Explorer Dream will strengthen the Dream Cruises brand in North China with homeports in Shanghai and Tianjin during Spring/Summer 2019 with a selection of voyages of various durations from Shanghai or Tianjin to Japan, Russia, Hong Kong and the Philippines, the company said.
Taking the first step to evolve Dream Cruises into Asias Global Cruise Line by sailing outside Asian waters, in Autumn/Winter of 2019, Explorer Dream will homeport in Sydney and Auckland where she will embark on 21 seven-night weekly itineraries.

Nick Hill, chief executive of Auckland Tourism, Events and Economic Development, and Leigh Robins, cruise operations manager for Port of Auckland, attended a ceremony to mark the companys maiden visit.
Auckland round-trips
Explorer Dream will operate several round-trips from Auckland, calling at popular ports, including Wellington, Dunedin, Milford Sound, Akaroa, Picton and Napier, until January 26.
On February 2 she departs Auckland for the return voyage to Sydney.

Going with the current and having some lunch on our way home allowed for a much better and faster experience. Although, I give most of the credit to my robe that I took along with me.
A collective cheer as we stepped off the boat and I was in no rush to get straight back onto another one. We took the long way home to check out the markets that the locals put on just for us.
The highlight was undoubtedly the interesting looks and conversations I had thanks to my robe that I am sure you are not surprised that I am wearing in public still.
