Toyota Land Cruiser Fj40

Toyotas J40 series Land Cruiser was produced from 1960 until 1984 with a traditional body-on-frame design and all-wheel-drive configuration. This short-wheelbase 1980 example has been refinished in the modern Toyota color of Voodoo Blue and upgraded with a power steering system under prior ownership. Since being acquired by the seller two years ago, this FJ40 also received a new A/C system, interior upholstery, battery, starter, fenders, side steps, and more. This classic Toyota Land Cruiser is now being offered for auction out of New Jersey.

The FJ40 was refinished in Toyotas modern Voodoo Blue paint color under previous ownership and was fitted with a set of new front fenders and side steps in 2021. Other features include a tan soft top, steel front bumper, yellow fog lights, a tow hitch, a rear-mounted spare carrier, and a set of black-painted steel wheels with General Grabber A/T tires. Some minor scratches and signs of age are noted on the exterior, detailed images are provided in the gallery.

The interior received new black leatherette upholstery in 2021 along with a new air conditioning system, safety cage, and more modern forward-facing rear seats. A new radio has been installed and the odometer was reportedly reset within the last year.
