Silverseas fleet has five ships, of which just two are technically medium-sized, with passenger counts around 600 peoplebut thats considered quite a large number for the luxurious cruise line, which specializes in smaller vessels, including five ships in its expedition fleet. Silversea Muse is the newest and largest ship, making her maiden voyage in 2017. Despite her relatively small size, Muse has eight restaurants for her passengers, all of whom are accommodated in spacious suites. As a cruise line, Silversea sails to more than 900 destinations around the world.

Number : Vision Of The Seas
Vision of the Sea, Royals second smallest ship, is very similar to Rhapsody of the Seas in many ways. The most obvious is in size: it is 78,340 tons, only a few hundred tons off from Rhapsody. Still, there is plenty that makes Vision a unique ship. Currently, Vision sails almost exclusively throughout the Caribbean. Guests on the ship can enjoy all of the classic amenities that Royal is known for in a more intimate setting. Of note is the Chefs Table restaurant known for high class dining.

Small ship cruise travel is the best way to explore more exotic vacation destinations. You won’t find much in the way of theater productions or casinos, but that leaves room for educational pursuits. Medium Ship Line #: Regent Seven Seas Cruises
As far as all-inclusive cruises go, Regent Seven Seas is the real deal. Everything from specialty excursions to meals and alcohol to airfare is included in the rates. Even the mini-bar is free! The only things youll have to pay for are spa treatments, laundry, and the casino. The cruise lines five ships each carry 750 passengers or fewer, but the ships are actually quite large, offering each guest plenty of personal space, especially in their cabins. Regent Seven Seas specializes in round-the-world itineraries. Next up for Regent: the Seven Seas Grandeur, scheduled to launch in 2023.

We previously posted an infographic showing Carnival Cruise Ship Sizes and it our users loved it! On , its been pinned over 9,000 times! So we decided to give our RCCL fans a similar post showing a Royal Caribbean Ships by Size Comparison.
What type of cruiser are you? Do you prefer the larger ships? Some of the newer ships like the Harmony, Ovation, Allure and Oasis of the Seas are essentially floating cities. Passengers and crew members combined total roughly 10k people on these ships! During a typical 7-day sailing, its likely you wont see half the cruise ship. With a dozen or more restaurants, youd have to eat lunch and dinner in a different venue every day to see them all. If youre the type that likes to continuously explore new venues, then you may want to look for the biggest ship size in the list below. Or, are you the type that likes to get to know every nook and cranny of your cruise ship? Do you prefer familiarity and comfort knowing every bar and hallway of your vessel?
