Freedom of the Seas is one of Royal Caribbean Internationals favorite ships for families with active children. They have so many great activities available including Flow Rider surf simulator and an ice skating rink aboard the ship. They ship is also the home of the H2O Zone water park with pools, waterfalls and interactive geysers. The food is top notch with a variety of different restaurants including the Chops Grille, Sabor, for Mexican food, Giovannis Table for Italian food and wine tasting with al fresco seating and much more. Choosing The Disney Cruise Itinerary
I honestly made it without much research. I knew I wanted to plan out the Disney World part in detail, but I thought the Disney Cruise portion wasnt as important. Our goal was to have a short trip that would be long enough to be fun, but short enough so that we werent going to be home sick. I chose the Bahamas knowing that we wouldnt get off the ship at that port .
The reason why I had even considered tacking on a Disney Cruise after the Disney World vacation was because I had heard amazing things about Disneys Oceaneer Club and their Its a Small World Nursery.
Lesson 1: For your first cruise that includes a Disney World vacation, a 3 night cruise was perfect! If we had just done just the Disney cruise, I think it would have been way to short. However, because we had tacked this on at the end of a Disney World trip, it was a great way to end our vacation. The timing of February made the water a little too cold at Castaway Cay, but the pool water was perfect on the ship!

Royal Caribbean Norwegian Carnival And Disney Cruises From Port Canaveral Among Those Affected Cdc Says
ORLANDO, Fla. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention has color-coded dozens of cruise ships according to how many COVID-19 cases are reported on board, placing at least 86 under investigation or observation Wednesday ahead of the new year.
The ships under investigation include those from Royal Caribbean, Norwegian, Carnival and Disney cruises with the CDC saying ships from Port Canaveral are among those affected.
From gray to green, orange, yellow and red, the colors signify where the number of COVID-19 cases reported on a cruise ship at sea stands in relation to the threshold for CDC investigation.
Thirty-two Carnival cruise ships were in yellow status Wednesday, either under CDC investigation or post-inspection observation. The roster included the Carnival Mardi Gras, the largest in the corporations fleet that debuted in July and can carry almost 6,500 guests. Seven Carnival Corp. ships were in green status, and two were in orange status, according to the CDC.
For Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings, 10 ships were given yellow status while two were labeled green and one orange. Ships of note include the Norwegian Breakaway and the Norwegian Escape, both with a yellow designation.
Four ships with the Disney Cruise Line the Disney Dream, Disney Fantasy, Disney Magic and Disney wonder have also been designated yellow by the CDC.
He said many of the ships arent back in service yet.

These hold the title of being the worlds largest cruise ships. The largest cabin is the Royal Loft Suite, spanning 229m2 across two different floors. The top floor holds the en suite Master bedroom, with the bottom floor home to a living room, dining room, a further bedroom, a grand piano, a library and two separate terraces. It also includes a jacuzzi, Balinese armchairs, hammocks, outdoor armchairs and an open-air dining room with its own bar.
The most recent incorporation is the Ultimate Family Suite, covering 153m2 and filled with activities for people of all ages. Also spread across two floors, this suite includes a top floor childrens bedroom with a built-in slide to the bottom floor, a Lego climbing wall, 3D cinema room, library and a popcorn machine. Which is the best Disney cruise ship is always going to depend on so many factors which only you can answer. However, there are some other things which may help you make up your mind about which Disney cruise is best for you and your family.
Each Disney ship has different entertainment. All of the Disney cruise ships have amazing nighttime entertainment. However, all have different shows.
If your Disney Princess is a particular fan of Princess Anna and Queen Elsa then you may want to pick the Disney Wonder.
All the cruise ships will have personal appearances by the Anna and Elsa, but only Disney Wonder and Disney Fantasy has Frozen, A Musical Spectacular.
The Disney Wonder also has Tianas restaurant.
If your favorite movie is Tangled then you may want to consider the Disney Magic. They are the only ship to have Tangled the Musical on board. The Disney Magic is also the only ship to have Rapunzels Royal Table restaurant.
If I had to choose a ship that has the best entertainment I would always say the Disney Wonder as it has Frozen and The Golden Mickeys.
I do also enjoy Disneys Aladdin A Musical Spectacular on the Disney Fantasy. However, for me, the Disney Wonder wins on the stage show entertainment right now.
If you want to ride the AqauDuck then you have to sail on the newest ships of the Disney Dream and the Disney Fantasy. The classic Disney Wonder and Magic really do not have anything to compare with this.
